Important Note about Chains
All our chains are 24ct gold plated or silver plated display chains only unless otherwise noted.

Ring Sizes
Currently we do not have the facility to list ring sizes in the product description fields. Please specify the required ring size in the comments section of the order form when ordering. Gold rings will be sized at no charge but silver rings will incur a small surcharge.

Our Photos
Please note that our photos are NOT enhanced to make the opal look better than it really is. In fact the opposite is usually the case as the photo can only capture the opal from one angle and opal only flashes its colours when moved around.

Pricing
All Goods shipped outside Australia are TAX EXEMPT (ie exempt from our local GST of 10%). Initial pricing shown is Inclusive of Tax for local customers.

Currency and Exchange Rates
Please note that all prices on this site are in Australian Dollars.

Returns Policy
We understand that there is only so much you can learn about a product from looking at it on a computer screen and that when received it may not be the same as expected. Therefore you can return any purchase within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked (excluding shipping and insurance costs). We only require that the product be returned in original condition and packaging.

We have made payment as easy and convenient as you could want it. There are several different methods to pay for your order:

Use your credit card online
By far the most convenient method of payment, we will accept Visa, Diners Club, MasterCard, American Express and Australian Bankcard through our easy to use and secure payment system. Our secure server uses 128 bit SSL encryption with a shared Thawte Certificate compliments of INETstore and our web hosting service.

Please note that all charges will be made in Australian dollars and that the invoiced amount will be converted to your home currency at the prevailing exchange rate by your card provider at the time the charges are posted to your account.

Phone or Fax
If you would prefer to complete your purchase offline, we are more than ready to help you. Please print out your order, fill in the payment details and simply fax or mail to us via snail mail.

International Deliveries
All goods are shipped overseas are sent using International Air Post or EMS Speedpost and are insured for the full purchase price. Pricing is as shown when you "Checkout". Most goods are shipped within 24 hours of ordering and you should allow 7-10 working days for postage to most countries and about 3 working days for EMS Speedpost.

Australian Deliveries
Goods delivered within Australia are shipped using Express Post and are insured for the full purchase price.

Complaints
Should you have a complaint about our products or service, we simply ask that you contact us by letter, email, or fax using the contact details above. We will contact you within one business day and endeavour to resolve any problem that you may have. Should you feel that the problem has not been resolved to your satisfaction then we suggest that you contact either the Jewelers Association of Australia or the Western Australian Department of Consumer Protection for independent resolution.
